Of the mind

True healing is an inside job.

True healing is of the mind.

True healing happens when your mind is right.

This means that your thoughts align with the divine.

This means that you are one with the divine, the all, the mother essence of creation. You believe you are divine and your thoughts and actions support this every day in every way.

This is a journey to your divinity and only you can walk it. Only you can follow your divine path.

Only you know what your divine path is, where it goes. What happens. How it feels. What you know and what you don’t.

Only you have the power to discern your right path. It is a feeling and that feeling is unique to every single person.

Each soul path is unique to every single person, for as we know, each soul is unique. It doesn’t matter if you have siblings, family, friends or soul mates walking beside you, their journey is still unique to them. Their healing is still unique to them. What works for you may not work for someone else for it is not the tools, the techniques nor the physical body that have the power to heal, it is your mind. Your mind heals and harms without conscience. Without discerning if it is right or wrong for the receiver of the thought is the body, the subconscious self, which has no context. It takes each and every thought and word at face value and acts upon its literal meaning.

Your subconscious mind is the sum total of your experiences, your joys, your sufferings, your disappointments, your emotional connections to events and thoughts.

It reacts the same way it has always reacted, it responds the same way a program will continue to respond when the right buttons are pushed…. until you change the response pattern.

You can replace the software and upgrade it to a different model.

You are already doing this every day unconsciously, recreating your life with your thoughts.

But if you are thinking the same way every day nothing will change no matter how far you go or how hard you train.

If you are not consciously feeding your thoughts then someone or something else is.

Your mind is like a wild stallion, feeding on beliefs from any thing that smells like food. It could be healthy but also it could be poisonous.

Unfortunately in the world we live in there are many poison trees bearing fruit that look and smell very tantalising. Low hanging fruit, easy to access but it keeps you coming back without actually fulfilling your soul. You are not moving forwards, you are not spiralling upwards towards your divinity, you are stuck in a loop, reliant/addicted to the poison fruit of unhealthy ideas.

You need to befriend and tame your mind but always be aware of it, for if you let your guard down whilst in the training stages it will keep on with its old habits. Remember, the wild mind wants to return to the poison fruit tree. You need to nourish him with healthy food, constantly until he forgets the poison fruit and is free of the addiction.

There is often an idea stuck somewhere that will feed small beliefs that slowly become illness. For instance if you believe that you cannot relax and just veg out on a weekday unless you are sick your body will make you sick so that you can relax without guilt.

Instead, make it a habit to take the day off work and do NOTHING. Do this regularly. No kids, no spouse, no friends, just you. And you won’t need to be sick to do it.

You cannot create a new life with old thoughts.

New thought patterns = New ideas = New Visions = New Feelings = New Life Experience

Your mental power is fully utilised when you are united as one in mind body and soul.

Feed your wild mind with healthy thoughts. Treat it like a wild stallion that you are befriending….Brush him, wash him, check for disease, clean his feet, give him love. Give him freedom but make sure he comes when you call and lets you saddle up.
